"OK until I realized that I just paid twice as much as expected for a product (I didn't see that the price tag was 19.99 rather that the similar / same brand of cologne right next to it on the shelf). At the register, as soon as I realized what had happened, the cashier told me I needed to get back in line to return the item (long line). She had started to check out the next guest but I hadn't left the register since I was reviewing the receipt. I do not think it was appropriate for the cashier to request this and should have just returned the item I purchased by mistake. Really really really bad customer service to expect the customer to return to the line for something so simple...especially being that I had just purchased it and requested the return as soon as I looked at the receipt (which was at my very first opportunity to do so). I do not have time to wait in line twice as it is hard enough to find the time during my busy work schedule to even shop there.
